These are lower level north end zone seats that are completely under cover in the event of bad weather.  Row 37 is the general areal where you begin to get out of the cover,
There are 60 rows in the lower level.  These seats are 5 rows down from the concourse and about 10 steps from the ramp.
Very close to concessions and rest rooms.
Seat numbers are 2 and 4.  They are next to each other and on the aisle with seat backs to help claim your space.
Entry thru gate C which is in the Northwest corner of the stadium.
Penn State has gone to electronic ticketing this year.  I've purchased an extra pair for Ball State and Michigan and have had zero issues with the transfer process.  Tickets will be transferred asap after payment is received.  If you have the Penn State app that is very helpful.
Ignore the local pick up.
