Our parts are tested and did work on the donor vehicle, we will first assist you or your mechanic to verify the correct installation and programing procedure has been completed, In the unlikely event a part fails within the term of the warranty we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
OR to return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
