    Description

    One look at the curved air tube and the flower pump knob and collectors know that this is a model LZ427 made by Coleman in the mid-1920's for other store brands like Sears and Savage.  Coleman used their branded model L427 as the basis and added a different collar, pump assembly and burner to give it a unique look.
    Unfortunately this lantern has seen better days.  The fount is full of debris and has a very rusty bottom.  The frame rest has rusted through and the valve wheel is missing.  However, the unique pump assembly and burner are in tact and these are the hardest parts to find!  This lantern is being sold for parts or for a major restoration project for a cleaver collector.  It's just more work than I want to take on right now.
