If the item arrived damaged please take a picture and send it to us before opening a case. Do not install the part if you notice anything different than what you see on the pictures. for your own security please take pictures of the items that are delivered damaged!

If the item doesn’t work, there are various possibilities for which we will offer a free shipping label back and a full refund:

Please have a certified mechanic install the part. Problems with installation, calibration, or other issues not related to the item can make the part seem faulty.
2.
We sent you a defective item by mistake. This can happen due to errors during verification process.
3.
The item you found is part of an upgrade and will need other harnesses or modules to function.
4.
The item you purchased requires additional programming by dealer.
5.
The item you purchased is not compatible with your vehicle (i.e doesn’t fit).
6.
The item got damaged during transit. No outer damage but internal parts got damaged.

How soon after purchase will the item be shipped and where do you ship?.

Items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the time of purchase. Due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes the handling time can take more time. Please be advised that the delivery can take 3 to 5 business days depending upon the area.

Shipping is free within USA for most of our items, unless stated otherwise in the listing. SHIPPING IS NOT FREE FOR INTERNATIONAL. Please contact us if you are a customer outside the U.S. All applicable duties and taxes are buyer’s responsibility.

Do you always offer a full refund?
No, we do not. parts broken during installation or “bricked” during programming cannot be returned, if applicable.

What do your warranties cover?
Warranties, if applicable for the listing, are limited to a refund not to exceed the initial amount paid for the item purchased. and only payable upon the return of the damaged item for which the warranty is being exercised.
Labor charges are not refundable. This applies to all listings without exception.
